Richard Temsch, founder of The Missing Link International Consulting, established his first business as a student, doing barter trading with Eastern European countries.

During the 1980s he worked for the German instrument manufacturers Biotronik and Eppendorf as Export Manager and build their businesses very successfully in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.

Since 1990 Richard has been an independent consultant in San Francisco and now in Tampa. He is a registered consultant to UNDP, UNIDO, the European Commission, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Asian Development Bank.�

He has held lectures at the University of California Berkeley, the Stanford University, the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, the Monterey Institute for International Studies, the Moscow State University, the�Academies of Sciences in Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan and other institutions.�

Over the last years Richard has become increasingly involved in Sustainable Industrial Development Projects in a wide range of countries, working for different UN Organizations in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa.�

Richard has a Ph.D. in Chemistry� and is fluent in English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, and Serbo-Croatian.
