Since 1990 Richard has been an independent consultant in San Francisco and now in Tampa. He is a registered consultant to UNDP, UNIDO, the European Commission, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Asian Development Bank.� He has held lectures at the University of California Berkeley, the Stanford University, the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, the Monterey Institute for International Studies, the Moscow State University, the�Academies of Sciences in Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan and other institutions.� Over the last years Richard has become increasingly involved in Sustainable Industrial Development Projects in a wide range of countries, working for different UN Organizations in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa.� Richard has a Ph.D. in Chemistry� and is fluent in English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, and Serbo-Croatian. |
