Evaluations of Donor Funded Projects The Missing Link has earned the trust of UNDP and UNIDO and other clients as a competent and objective project evaluator. Our expertise as evaluators is based on our experience as managers of other projects. We conduct interviews with the project owners, implementers and target beneficiaries, design and evaluate questionnaires, analyze the performance indicators according to the terms of reference and compare them to the objectives stipulated in the project document.
